CPA Placement

The ICPAP has an active placement program to assist the CPAs in getting suitable placement. The ICPAP constantly interacts with industry representatives at various events including seminars, conventions and executive education Programs and network with them for placement of the CPAs. As a part of the placement efforts, every year the ICPAP placement team visits a number of potential employers and placement consultants and they are apprised of the level of knowledge and their utility to the organization as effective accounting and auditing professionals.

The profiles of the CPAs seeking placement assistance are made available to potential employers. The membership directory which covers the profiles of the CPA’s is extensively circulated among employers and placement agencies. Placement meetings and workshops are part of our program.

All candidates who enroll into the CPA Program will be provided guidance in career planning as they progress into the higher levels of the Program. Through workshops and other career guidance support, the candidates get the opportunity to prepare well for the placement program and thus their chances for better placement. The ICPAP believes that the entire placement exercise is a joint effort between ICPAP and the candidates. While ICPAP gives the guidance and support networks with potential employers, the candidates have the responsibility to put in maximum possible efforts to get suitable placement.
