The Candidate must be a Fellow Member Who
- Has paid full subscription to date and never defaulted. (The Executive Council may waive off the payment of Annual Subscription of such candidate who has rendered valuable services for the promotion and development of the institute)
- Has worked for the development and promotion of the institute without any compensation
- Duly recommended and cleared by the present Executive Council to participate in the election
- Where there is a competition between the two participants: The participant who secure highest number of votes will be elected.
- Casting Vote through email acceptable.
